Internship Roles & Departments

💻 Technology Department

Roles: Software Developer Intern, Data Analyst Intern, Cloud Engineering Intern, DevOps Intern
Focus: Gain hands-on experience in full-stack coding, AI/ML model development for predictive analytics, cloud computing infrastructure, and system architecture. Interns will work on projects involving:

Building scalable APIs and microservices with modern frameworks like React, Node.js, and Python.
Implementing AI/ML models for data-driven insights using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.

Roles: Financial Analyst Intern, Accounting Intern, Investment Research Intern
Focus: Acquire practical experience in financial planning, reporting, and data-driven decision making. Projects include:

Preparing monthly financial reports and variance analyses for leadership.
Assisting in budget forecasting, cost tracking, and ROI measurement for company initiatives.
Conducting market research on competitors, emerging industries, and potential investments.
Working with tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data modeling and visualization.

Interns will develop a strong understanding of corporate finance workflows, audit processes, and fiscal policy within a tech-driven organization.

👥 Human Resources Department

Roles: Talent Acquisition Intern, HR Generalist Intern, Learning & Development Intern
Focus: Participate in all stages of the employee lifecycle, from hiring to engagement. Interns will contribute to:

Supporting full-cycle recruiting — job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Assisting with employee relations, policy documentation, and compliance efforts.
Designing training programs and HR analytics dashboards to track workforce engagement.
Collaborating with the HR team to improve internal communication and company culture.

This role helps interns build a strong foundation in organizational behavior, human resource management, and leadership communication.

Internship Details

Eligibility

Students from recognized institutions are eligible if they meet one of the following criteria:

Undergraduates:
- Completed / appeared in term-end exams of the second year / 5th semester of the bachelor's degree course.
- Curriculum includes at least one paper in Statistics or Mathematics.
- Secured not less than 75% or equivalent marks in 12th Class.
Graduate / Ph.D. Students:
- Pursuing any year of their Post-Graduate Programme with at least one paper in Statistics or Mathematics.
- OR pursuing Research / Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Demography, or any other field of Applied Statistics.
- Secured not less than 70% or equivalent marks in Graduation.
Recent Graduates:
- Successfully completed graduation / post-graduation within the last two years.
- Secured not less than 70% or equivalent marks in Graduation and/or Post-Graduation.

Note: Applicants who are currently pursuing Graduation / Post-graduation / Research / Ph.D can only apply for internship slots of duration 2 months to 3 months only.

Duration & Output

Internships last 2–6 months (Oct 2025 – Apr 2026). Interns must submit a final report or paper summarizing findings and suggestions.

Facilities

Workspace: Seating space and a computer with internet facility.
Mentorship: Interns will be attached to a designated guide for interaction with concerned divisions / officers.

Logistics Note: Interns may have to bring their own laptops if the situation demands it.

Types of Internships

💼 Paid/Stipend: The majority of our roles are paid internships. Interns receive a competitive monthly salary or stipend in recognition of their valuable contributions to ongoing company projects.
🎓 Unpaid: Available for select research and CSR initiatives. These internships focus on gaining experience and earning college credit, emphasizing learning over financial reward.
🕒 Part-Time: Ideal for students balancing academics and work. Offers a flexible schedule—typically around 20 hours per week—allowing for valuable experience with reduced commitment.
🌐 Virtual / Remote: Our fully online internships provide maximum flexibility and accessibility from anywhere in the country or world, while maintaining structured mentorship and collaboration.
🏢 In-Person: Traditional, on-site internships held at our main offices. These allow interns to collaborate directly with teams, participate in in-person events, and fully experience our company culture.
